Eatin' Machine!

This is a variation of a design I did for my nephew's 1st birthday. The kid can put it down like no one's business, and he's got "cheeks for weeks" to pack it away for later. The elasticity of his jowls rivals that of even the animal kingdom's stretchiest mouth cavity, the chipmunk, and I intend to keep them that way. I'm planning on always having my little pint-sized Ringer around to serve as my backup if ever an impromptu game of  "Chubby Monkey" is initiated. Cheers!

Who's Da Mastah?

I realize I haven't posted anything in awhile so I quickly sketched this number on the train while commuting into work. This is our hero, Bruce Leroy, versus the meanest, possibly the prettiest, no doubt the baddest mofo low down around this town...SHO' NUFF! Peace.

CENTURY MARK!

I figured my profile says that I'm an animator so I probably should post some animation from time to time. What better way to celebrate post number 100 than to show some drawings moving around. Take a gander and be kind! No really...be kind! Let the celebration begin.

Something for the Browncoats

Some characters from one of my favorite short-lived TV series, Firefly. I actually caught the feature film, Serenity, first which then led me back to the series. An enjoyable Joss Whedon creation that included some fantastic characters that you instantly became emotionally invested in. Enjoy.

Geeking Out!

This is my "Geeking Out" look. This is what I usually rock when I'm attending art-related conventions. It's borderline hysteria plus giddy school-girl melodramatic tendencies and a splash of nervous ticks. I have yet to scream and faint like some love-sick tween, but all in good time. WooHoo!

ipad Sketch

So far this year has had a slow start to the blog postings, but here's a little something to pick up some momentum. Best imbibe that espresso, better make that a double. My first ipad sketch. Thank god I don't have to draw with my fingers on the iphone anymore.
